Members shall be responsible for proper use of the equipment provided. Any damage to equipment due to Improper use/mishandling shall render the member liable for a fine.
The monthly fees should be paid in every month within 5 days from the due date positively. After 10th days from the due date institute reserves the right to remind you either Phone or SMS. After 15 days late fee will be charged by Rs.5/- per day.
Members shall refrain from any activity that will disturb other members using the facility. Complaints in this regards will lead to immediate termination of membership.
Aesthetics gym reserves the right of cancellation of membership of any person without any documentary evidence of complaints.
Steam bath will not be operated for single person.
Admission Fees not Refundable.
Membership is not transferable.
For absence in any month (30 days) according to members admission date pl. intimate us before membership EXP. dt. by written or email otherwise membership validity charge must not be applicable.
Communication Field: SMS, E-mail, Phone, Post, Physical.
Medical fitness certificate by medical practitioners must be shown to Aesthetics Authority.
Incase of medical emergency/ Death without any medical fitness certificate Aesthetics gym is not responsible
Locker Rent must be paid halfyearly.
After expiry of one month of Locker rent institute reserves the rights to vacate the locker & After that Institute is not responsible for any loss or damage of the goods.
